DESCRIPTION
Workster partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy which assists businesses in creating positive, interactive, and successful customer interactions using a blend of human touch and technology. Our brand-new client is a leading tobacco company dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to their customers and we are looking to grow their Romanian Team in Sofia.
Your Role
- As a representative of the brand, you will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service mainly by inbound calls, live chat, email and social media.
- Primary touchpoint for our customers who want to communicate with us
- Be the front line of our services and one of our greatest strengths.
- Act with professionalism
- Efficiently solve issues to enhance maximum possible customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Romanian, both written and verbal (C2)
- Good command of English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work both on your own and within a team
- High school education
