Job Responsibilities

Provide customer support to Danish customers (via phone, email, chat)

Offer technical support – troubleshooting product issues

Provide product information

Communicate clearly and politely with all customers

Qualifications

Experience in service-related roles

Motivated and eager to learn

Willing to relocate to Athens for the experience of a lifetime

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
