Location: Greece work from home

Role: Dutch speaking Customer Advisor for Proximus - split shifts

Salary: 1150 euro net p/m plus monthly performance bonuses of up to 100 euro gross plus 30 euro net p/m work from home allowance plus 132 euro net p/m food vouchers.

Hours of work: 40 hrs per week, rotational between MON-SUN 08:30 till 23:00 - you will receive split shifts meaning work some hrs in the morning and then some hrs in the evening.

The Company

We have a new exciting opportunity with our outsourcing partner client in Bulgaria for a Dutch speaking Customer Advisor for Proximus. This is a work from home role that can be done from your home office anywhere in Greece - as long as you have a fast and stable internet connection.

The Role

As a Dutch speaking Customer Advisor for Proximus you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and live chat. You will answer their queries and troubleshoot any technical issues in a timely manner. You will be trained to have a good knowledge of the company's products and services in order to advise customers about the best options available to them.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Listening to your customers' need 
• Problem solve any technical queries
• First time resolution is important
• Recommend other product and services that suits your client

Requirements 

The successful candidate should have:

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch both written and spoken
• Good command of English is desired
• Previous experience in a customer, technical support or sales role desired
• Able to multi-task
• Able to work split shifts

Salary and Benefits

Work from home in Greece. The basic net salary including bonuses could be up to 1,400 euro net p/m.
