What will you do?
- Handle and respond to customer issues through phone, email, and chat
- Engage customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing their concerns promptly and professionally
- Perform data entry and work with various software programs
- Collaborate within a team-oriented environment
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Native or near-native in Slovak
- Communicative level of English
- Strong communication, politeness, and courtesy
- Good time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Flexibility for shift work
- Basic software skills
