Are you passionate about social media and looking for an exciting new challenge? We’re hiring Dutch-speaking Content Moderators to join a leading global social media platform’s team right in the vibrant city of Lisbon!
What You’ll Do:
- Review and moderate user-generated content to keep the platform safe and enjoyable.
- Evaluate reports of abusive, violent, or inappropriate content based on company guidelines.
- Provide back-office (non-voice) support to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Help maintain a positive community by enforcing terms of service.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level Dutch and fluent English skills.
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
- EU citizen or valid work permit for Portugal.
- Strong understanding of cultural and political context in your region.
- Previous content moderation or customer support experience is a plus—but not required.
- Passion for social media and an interest in international work environments.
