The responsibilities:
- Handle first line inbound administrative support requests by phone & e-mail (B2B) in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers (merchants) regarding our diverse range of products, services, and company policies.
- Assist new customers with account activation, transaction status queries and financial requests demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction and building strong customer relationships.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously, maintaining detailed and accurate records for future reference.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to streamline processes and deliver seamless customer service.
