💼 Your Responsibilities
- Contact former customers and help them rediscover the service through outbound reactivation calls.
- Understand customer needs and identify the best way to support their return.
- Answer questions related to plans, deliveries, subscription flexibility, and available options.
- Provide a smooth, friendly, and efficient customer experience across voice, email, and chat channels.
- Solve customer questions with accuracy and empathy.
- Act as a key point of contact for the Dutch market and contribute to service quality and business goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- You are a native or fluent Dutch speaker with strong communication skills.
- You enjoy talking to people and know how to create a positive connection with customers.
- You are empathetic, solution-oriented, and comfortable finding the best outcome for each situation.
- You feel confident working with different communication channels such as outbound calls, email, and chat.
- You like working in an international environment and are motivated by targets, customer satisfaction, and team success.
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, reactivation, or contact center roles is a plus.
OFFER
- Full-time role in Lisbon in a modern international work environment.
- Paid training for 6 working days, 8 hours per day.
- Rotational schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Working hours from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 21:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 15:00.
- Portuguese employment contract.
- 22 vacation days per year.
- Holiday and Christmas allowances paid monthly.
- Meal allowance of €7 per working day.
- Health insurance from day one.
- Monthly gross compensation up to €1,663.32 with accommodation included.
- Monthly gross compensation up to €1,784.82 without accommodation.
- Performance-related bonus potential depending on project goals and attendance.
