Join a dynamic team in Lisbon! As a German-speaking Customer Expert, you’ll assist with hotel bookings and guest inquiries, delivering top-notch service
Your day to day
- Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone and email.
- Handle reservation requests and match customer needs with the best options available.
- Answer questions about hotel rates, booking conditions, and hotel details.
- Resolve inquiries regarding accounts, payments, and loyalty programs.
- Use positive sales techniques to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Identify areas for improvement and support team motivation and performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level or C2 German speaker, with a good command of English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Passionate about the hospitality industry and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Team player with flexibility to work rotational shifts.
OFFER
- Portuguese employment contract with an initial 12-month term; possibility of permanent contract after 2 years.
- Paid training (6 working days, 8 hours/day), covering systems, product knowledge, and customer interaction.
- Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week on rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 19:00.
- Monthly gross salary ranging from €1,421 to €1,586, depending on the selected benefits package (with or without company-provided accommodation).
- Private health insurance from day one of the employment contract.
