What will you do?
What will you do?
Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound campaigns
Execute daily outbound calls and emails, including cold calling to decision-makers
Qualify prospects, understand business needs, and align them with cloud solutions
Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts
Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in Salesforce (CRM)
Work towards individual and team KPIs, including pipeline and conversion targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer journey
Document all customer interactions and opportunities clearly
REQUIREMENTS
- C2 level of Norwegian and C1 level of English
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and account management
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and solution selling
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and influence decision-makers
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Understanding of the Nordic market, including business culture and practices
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and stakeholder environments
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations
