  • Indgående opkald og chatforespørsler fra Netflix-abonnenter
  • Besvarelse af betalingsrelaterede spørgsmål
  • Fejlfinding af streaming- og indholdsproblemer
  • Hjælp til abonnenter med spørgsmål og navigering på Netflix
REQUIREMENTS
  • Flydende dansk
  • Kendskab til engelsk
  • Gode kommunikations-, interpersonelle og problemløsningsevner
  • IT-færdigheder
  • Passion for tv-serier (det er en fordel at være Netflix-abonnent!)
  • Villighed til at flytte til Grækenland
  • EU-pas påkrævet
