The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers of international brands, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Key responsibilities include handling inquiries related to online purchases, providing order support and follow-up, delivering accurate product information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The role requires a strong customer-oriented mindset, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting defined quality and performance objectives.
We are looking for candidates with a high level of proficiency in one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Danish. A good level of English is also required for internal communication and training purposes.
The ideal profile should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer focus, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Previous experience in customer support is valued but not mandatory.
