What You’ll Do
As an Oracle Cloud IAM Application Support Engineer, you’ll support, optimize, and improve IAM applications running in Oracle Cloud environments. Your mission: keep identity services running smoothly, securely, and in line with best practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical support for IAM applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and maintenance of services running on Kubernetes.
- Monitor application performance and stability in Kubernetes environments, identifying issues and implementing improvements.
- Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to resolve incidents and apply IAM best practices.
- Own and manage IAM-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution and thorough documentation aligned with ITIL processes.
- Support administration of users, roles, access policies, and permissions in Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
- Create and maintain documentation such as troubleshooting guides, knowledge articles, and workflows.
- Contribute to (and potentially lead) design and implementation of Oracle Identity Cloud Service solutions to manage identities across business applications.
