DESCRIPTION
Finnish-Speaking Ads Sales Executive
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Basic Salary: €23,876 gross/year + up to €3,408 bonus
About the Role
You’ll work with Finnish companies and marketing agencies to help them get better results from digital advertising. Your job is to understand their goals, recommend the right ad strategies, and help grow their business across the EMEA region.
This is a target-driven role where you’ll combine sales, consulting, and relationship management.

What You’ll Do
• Build and grow relationships with clients and agency partners
• Recommend tailored advertising strategies to improve performance
• Help clients get the most out of their ad spend (ROI-focused)
• Promote additional digital marketing solutions when relevant
• Reach and exceed sales targets
• Stay in regular contact with clients via phone, video, and email
• Deliver a strong, positive customer experience

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Native or C2-level Finnish and strong English
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or online advertising
• Familiarity with digital ad products (e.g. Ads, AdSense, YouTube)
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Strong time management and organization
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Team player with a customer-first mindset
• Genuine interest in marketing, tech, and digital advertising
