You will be part of a dynamic, energetic and highly-skilled New Business Sales Development team. The Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for delivering high potential customers to our New Business Sales partners across the European markets. 

Our mission is to deliver high quality and policy compliant leads, researched from various online sources and tools provided by Marketing and Sales partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for the our internal New Business Sales teams
  • Company evaluation: assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
  • Company qualification: conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition.
  • Be on the lookout for industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
  • Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to the sales team’s needs.
  • Responsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target.
  • Provide weekly reporting / analysis of his/her work in a presentable format
REQUIREMENTS
  • Language Skills: C2 level of French and C1 English
  • 18 months of experience in digital advertising or market research, specifically within the French market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets for organizing data, creating summaries, and generating basic pivot tables.
  • Some experience analyzing market trends and understanding the dynamics of small business environments.
  • Generally detail-oriented and strives for accuracy in deliverables.
  • Comfortable working with reports, databases, and CRM platforms to support daily operations.
  • Maintains organization and meets deadlines in fast-paced team settings.
  • Capable of managing multiple responsibilities with moderate oversight.
  • Works independently on familiar tasks and seeks input when facing new challenges.
  • CRM Experience: has used CRM systems to manage customer data and support sales or marketing activities.
  • Familiar with AI tools and able to apply basic insights to improve outreach or workflow efficiency.
  • Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment and contributing to team performance.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
  • Works independently while maintaining strong collaboration with colleagues.
  • Understands key business concepts and supports strategic initiatives with relevant input.
  • Can identify and qualify leads using structured criteria and available data sources.
  • Applies logical thinking and judgment to prioritize contacts and support sales efforts.

OFFER
  • Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona
  • Salary : 21.675€ + up to 3.825€ gross/year in bonus.
