About the role
With a focus on building a rich pipeline of opportunities, the Sales Development Representative works through different channels in generating valuable leads and prequalifying them.
Manages virtually (by phone, e-mail, or social media) a set of assigned or acquired accounts (suspects; not in sales engagement nor current clients) to spur interest and create a lead opportunity.
Builds, maintains, and forecasts sales pipeline.
Supports the creation and development of account plans. Generates, qualifies, and reviews new leads.
Understands client requirements and competitively positions company solutions to meet the needs to drive retention strategy.
Builds targeted sales pipeline and forecasts data-driven sales activities.
