For one of our clients – a company known for its outstanding services and products in the BPO field. We are looking for tech-savvy, friendly and capable team-players for the role of  Level 1 Technical Care with Greek and English – 100% Remote from any city in Bulgaria.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Being the go-to person for new and existing customers;
• Handling all sorts of stuff like tech problems, official matters, and admin stuff, and giving out solutions and tips;
• Keeping track of new issues and making sure the old logs stay current;
• Passing the tricky cases up the ladder, following the company playbook;
• Making sure we stick to deadlines and keep things on track;
• Helping out teammates and chipping in to hit our team goals.

Requirements:

• Strong grasp on one main languages and good command of English;
• Experience in a contact center environment or in a customer-facing role is a plus;
• Troubleshooting skills and experience is an advantage;
• Familiarity with mobile and desktop apps and authorizations within Active Directory;
• Basic knowledge of common wireless connectivity and configuration (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi);
• Team spirit and eagerness to be of service to customers and help reach targets and goals.
