DESCRIPTION

Please note that the project is set to begin in November/December, and we will only be considering applicants who are currently residing in Poland


As a Data Labeller, you will oversee the review and management of user-generated content to ensure it meets company guidelines and quality standards. Your role involves handling administrative and operational tasks to ensure the successful moderation of content while achieving client satisfaction and adhering to company policies. The Content Moderator will act as the primary point of contact for any content-related issues.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Native fluency in Greek
  • Familiar with the culture of Greek language
  • Experience within data annotation / labelling
  • Great attention to details and strong analytical skills
  • Fast critical thinking
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong self-organization, decision making with objectivity
  • Resilience - the job involves exposure to disturbing content


Project overview

  • Work Days: Monday - Friday
  • Project duration: 6 months
  • Remote job opportunity, from any place in Poland
  • Work cannot be performed from any other country
REQUIREMENTS


  • Review videos and judge videos/accounts in accordance accordingly to processes, policies and guidelines
  • Respond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals
  • Liaise with different teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate
  • Actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production
  • Make well-balanced decisions based on processes, policies and guidelines, using market specific knowledge
