Responsibilities:

• Contact new and existing customers daily to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions for their business goals.
• Manage a portfolio of medium-sized business (SMB) clients, focusing on revenue growth.
• Offer pre and post-sales support for various products.
• Provide product and tool support to enhance client experience and drive higher product adoption and spending.
• Identify trends and resolve issues impacting multiple SMB clients.

• Native-level Greek speaker with good knowledge of English (B2 level).
• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or sales.
• Familiarity with online advertising products and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and listening.
• Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines in a competitive inside sales environment.
• Strong creative decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
