Italian Speaking Car Rental Advisor- Remote Anywhere In Portugal

We are looking for Italians to work for one of the largest companies in the world, based in 36 different countries, and specializing in customer service outsourcing and supporting more than 400 major brands with 76,000 employees speaking 60 different languages. If you speak Italian at a C1 level and you want to start a new career as Car Rental Advisor and support people while they are on holiday, then this position is for you! You have the chance to work and represent one of the biggest car rental companies in the world - with no experience needed.

Benefits:

• A monthly gross salary of 750 euros
• A monthly language bonus of 142 euros
• A monthly performance bonus up to 150 euros
• Double salary and double bonus twice a year during summer and winter time
• A daily work shift food allowance of 6 euros
• Full time contract (40 hours a week) Monday-Sunday (8 hours rotational shift) with 2 days off for week

No previous experience is needed as you would get paid to learn the job and get rewarded your amazing customer support skills with the monthly bonuses.

What will I be doing?

• You will be the first point of contact for customers, offering support with any issues that they are having with their car booking over the phone webchats or emails.
• Advising customer with the right car & insurance according with their budget.

What do I need to do this?

• EU passport or ID card
• C1 level in Italian
• Training is in English, so you'll also need to be highly competent in the English language (B2 minimum).
• To be passionate about cars
• Can multitask, as you will be speaking to customers via phone, email, and web chat
