• You will be responsible for analyzing marketing campaigns for new and existing customers daily through phone and email.
• You will assist customers with inquiries about the platform and its products, helping them achieve advertising goals and budget improvements while building strong relationships.
• Your role will also involve implementing and monitoring digital campaigns for existing customers, providing feedback and recommendations.
• You will detect campaign and market trends early and escalate challenging developments.
• To excel in this role, you must understand business goals, become a marketing partner, and create online marketing strategies to increase adspend on the platform.

• You must be fluent in Italian at a minimum C1 level, and have at least B2 level English proficiency.
• With at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and/or sales, you should have a commercial mindset, be strongly sales driven, and possess entrepreneurial thinking and strong influential skills.
• You will also need to have strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills with attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Salary of € 2,750 monthly / €33,000 per year
• Up to € 687 monthly performance bonus
• Relocation bonus of up to €1,500 from outside Germany and €700 from within Germany, depending on current location (minimum 100 km to Berlin) *
