About the company
Our client is a global meal-kit provider delivering pre-portioned ingredients and easy-to-follow recipes directly to customers’ homes, making home cooking simple and convenient. Operating in multiple international markets, they focus on high-quality ingredients, efficient logistics, and reducing food waste through an innovative subscription model.
What will you do?
Be the point of contact for customers across the assigned market(s)
Conduct reactivation outbound calls to former subscribers
Understand customer needs and encourage subscription reactivation
Clarify questions regarding meal-kit plans, delivery schedules, and services
Provide support via phone, email, and chat
Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience
Resolve inquiries efficiently and accurately
Contribute to operational and sales objectives
Candidate profile
High school diploma
Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales or a related field
Fluent in Norwegian and good command of English
EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit
Clean criminal record
Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Full-time contract (40 hours per week, rotational shifts Monday–Saturday)
Structured training program (6 days, 8 hours per day)
