DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via telephone, chat, and email.
- Manage a mix of inbound warm leads and outbound outreach, ensuring timely follow-up (e.g., calling assigned leads within minutes of receipt).
- Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with the most effective and tailored advertising solutions.
- Analyse and optimize marketing campaigns on behalf of your customers to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Carry out digital campaigns on behalf of clients and monitor campaign performance and success metrics.
- Identify campaign trends and act proactively to address challenges and enhance performance.
- Direct clients to appropriate specialists or support teams when additional expertise is required.
- Continuously enhance the customer experience by promoting optimal and effective use of advertising products.
