We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Athens-based team and support one of the world’s largest social media and digital advertising platforms. In this role, you’ll guide advertisers in getting the most out of a leading online ads solution—combining consultative sales, digital marketing insights, and strong client focus to help them achieve meaningful results. While previous experience in sales or digital advertising is beneficial, we’re especially interested in people who bring ambition, curiosity, and a strong drive to learn and grow
You will:
- Connect with clients—both agencies and direct advertisers—across multiple channels and build strong, lasting relationships.
- Manage a mix of incoming leads and outreach opportunities, helping clients discover how digital advertising can work for them.
- Spot opportunities to grow client campaigns and recommend tailored advertising solutions that deliver real results.
- Support clients in running and optimizing digital campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring campaigns are as effective as possible.
- Keep an eye on trends and performance, proactively addressing challenges and finding ways to boost results.
- Collaborate with internal specialists or support teams when additional expertise is needed to deliver the best outcomes.
- Help clients get the most out of their advertising products, creating a positive, engaging, and results-driven experience
REQUIREMENTS
You have
- Fluency in Spanish and a very good command of English.
- Experience in sales, ideally B2B or a fast-moving, target-driven environment.
- Adaptable and comfortable working through a book of clients in a fast-paced setting.
- Confident in achieving targets and driving results.
- Valid full-time work visa for Greece.
