Business Support Agent with French (KONE Business Services)

DESCRIPTION
Our Bratislava based Sell to Cash team is looking for a Business Support Agent to support KONE branch in France.
What will be your role?
In this role you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless execution of Master Data Management processes and data administration.
- Your main responsibilities will include:
- Validate and enter contractual data into the ERP system, that includes Customer & Equipment Master Data, Contracts and Billing
- Communicate effectively with your team and colleagues from different countries
- Embrace the principles of LEAN in a continuous improvement culture
REQUIREMENTS
Your skills and qualifications:
- Enthusiasm to seek improvements and share ideas
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and affinity for working with data
- Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced international environment
- Aspiration to learn and develop
- Team player with ability to work autonomously
- Fluent in French and English at B2 level
- Familiar with MS Office, with a focus on Excel
