What will you do?
- Provide first-level technical support, service restoration, and fulfillment of service requests
- Act as the link between end users and product teams
- Register, analyze, prioritize, resolve, and assign incoming support cases within agreed service levels
- Communicate with end users regarding the progress of ongoing cases
- Deliver support in accordance with KPIs, OKRs, and internal service agreements
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of incidents
- Resolve more complex technical issues within the assigned business area using different support channels
- Contribute to improving user productivity through efficient technical support

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Business-level Czech language skills can be a bonus, but not required
- Good understanding of the supported business area and connected products and services
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile frameworks, and service governance principles
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and terminology
- Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills, especially during business-critical situations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
