As a Content Moderator, you’ll review user-generated reports and ensure all content aligns with the platform’s community standards. What will you do?
- Evaluate user-generated reports to identify harmful content based on client policies
- Review, block, and remove content that violates community standards
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in every review
- Reduce online hate, cyberbullying, racism, and misinformation
- Operate in a structured and policy-driven environment

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Culturally and socially aware
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international setting
- Able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Holder of EU citizenship or a valid German work permit
- Living in Berlin or able to relocate at own cost(relocation bonus is paid after starting)
OFFER
- €600 signing bonus after training
- €1,400 bonus after 6 months
- €1,000 relocation bonus (for those relocating from over 100 km, provided after first month with rental agreement)
- Monthly gross salary of €2,668.50 + €150 performance bonus
- 40% shift bonus for Sundays and public holidays
- 50% shift bonus for night work (22:00–06:30)
