We’re looking for Customer Support Agents to deliver top-notch service to our users. If you're proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in rotating shifts, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Handle customer inquiries and requests mainly via live chat (up to 3 chats simultaneously) and email
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team leads to ensure a smooth customer experience
Represent the company with a service-oriented mindset
Minimal phone interaction involved

REQUIREMENTS

Native-level Portuguese (Portugal)
Valid EU passport (mandatory for work eligibility in Cyprus)
Willingness to relocate to Cyprus
Advanced English skills (spoken and written)
Positive attitude, sense of responsibility, and availability for rotating shift work (24/7 schedule)

OFFER

Base Salary: €1,800/month
Performance Bonus: Up to €250/month based on customer satisfaction and activity volume (chat, email, ID verification)
22 days of paid vacation per year
