DESCRIPTION

We are looking for junior Customer Support Agents to join a fast-growing iGaming company in Limassol.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will communicate with the company’s clients and assist them with their inquiries. You will represent the company’s brand, ensuring a professional, polite, and responsible customer experience.

Assist customers via live chat and email (majority of interactions)
Handle up to 3 chats simultaneously
Limited inbound phone calls
Verify customer documentation (ID checks)
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Work on a 24/7 rotational shift basis

REQUIREMENTS

Serious candidates ready to commit long-term
Fluent Portuguese and English speakers
At least 6 months of experience in customer support
Positive, down-to-earth, and polite personality
Availability to work shifts (including nights)
European passport (mandatory)

OFFER

€1,800 gross per month
Performance bonus up to €250/month (based on customer satisfaction and productivity)
