Responsibilities

• Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels – chat (live channel), email and phone
• Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat, to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner), both in Ukranian and English;
• Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products
• Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.

• Ukranian C2 and B2 English fluency
• Willing to start an international experience – work abroad
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
• EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
• Being okay with flexible working hours (Monday to Sunday, from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM )
• Experience in customer service (preferred)
