DESCRIPTION
Do you want to work for a global leader in customer service and support clients in the corporate finance sector? Our client is hiring German-speaking Customer Support Agents in the vibrant city of Madrid!
Join the Airplus project as a Bilingual Customer Support Agent. You'll assist clients in resolving transaction and credit card inquiries, primarily in German, through phone and email.

What will you do?
• Communicate with clients primarily in German (80%) and English (20%)
• Handle inquiries related to corporate credit cards and transaction issues
• Provide support via phone and email
• Ensure client satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
• Work Monday to Friday, 9:00–20:00 (split shifts), with one rotating day off per week
REQUIREMENTS
• Native or fluent in German
• High level of English
• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
• Reliable, flexible, and professional
• Eligible to work in Spain starting October 2025
OFFER
Permanent contract with a 2-month probation period

• Financial aid of €300–€400/month (gross) for housing during the first 3 months (requires proof of accommodation payment)
