Tourism Customer Service Agent with German

For one of our clients – а company specializing in customer experience technology that
delivers outsourced sales, support, and business process services to large businesses, we are
looking for – Tourism Customer Service Agent with German.

Responsibilities:
*Answer incoming calls in German, delivering outstanding support to hotel guests;
*Help customers with bookings, reservations, and general hotel inquiries;
*Handle and resolve complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction;
*Share detailed info about hotels, resorts, and vacation properties;
*Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in the system;
*Work closely with other teams to solve customer issues smoothly.

Qualifications:
*Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills;
*Customer service experience is a plus but not required;
*Good problem-solving abilities and calm under pressure;
*Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends;
*Good organizational skills and attention to detail in managing customer interactions;
*Friendly, professional, and passionate about helping customers.

Our client offers:
*Full-time position, 39 hours a week from Monday to Sunday 8AM to 10PM, with alternating weekend;
*Competitive salary with additional role and language complements, as well as performance- based incentives;
*One-time signing bonus for external candidates and recurring loyalty bonuses every three months;
*22 business days of annual leave, with compensation for working on Spanish public
holidays, following national labor laws;
*Permanent employment contract in an established company;
*Fully paid training from day one.
