We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with advanced German and English skills. The Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our German-speaking clients, ensuring they have seamless experiences with our services. This role involves managing a variety of customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone calls, emails, and tickets, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex cases appropriately.
Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of customer inquiries using various communication channels.
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
• Respond to customers in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues using product knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
