DESCRIPTION
To provide friendly and efficient service, have excellent knowledge of our menu and concept, and maintain the highest standards that make Moments one of the best dining experiences in Montenegro. To serve our international guests and make them feel welcome and special.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and providing a professional and friendly service
- Presenting menus, explaining dishes, and making thoughtful recommendations
- Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen and bar team
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times
- Handling payments accurately and efficiently
- Representing the Moments brand with professionalism and pride
- Shared accommodation provided by the restaurant
- Gross salary of €1,150 (equivalent to a net salary of approximately €900)
- One free meal per shift (8-hour workday)
- Six working days per week, with the possibility to take an additional day off when needed
- Full assistance with work permits and necessary documentation
- Team-oriented environment with opportunities to participate in team-building activities
- Comprehensive in-house training, including:
- Food, wine, and cocktail knowledge
- Service and hospitality skills
- Tray carrying and fine dining standards
- Supportive management team dedicated to helping you grow and succeed
