Flemish speaking Customer Support Advisors – remote based anywhere in the Netherlands - initially 6 month contract
€26,300 per year + holiday pay
As a customer support advisor, you are responsible for incoming calls or e-mails / chats with questions about the online shop. You handle questions and complaints in a professional manner with the highest degree of customer service.
This is a Monday to Friday role, business hours.
• Ideally have some customer service, this can also be face-to-face.
• You are available 40 hours a week
• This is a remote based role but will you will need to go to the office occasionally required.
• You have strong computer skills and good typing skills
• You have good communication skills, are well organized, accurate and professional
• You are enthusiastic, energetic, driven and dynamic
• Native and/or full professional proficiency of Flemish and English language
