What will you do?
- Headhunt and source candidates via job portals, databases, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
- Create visibility and post job ads creatively while following company standards
- Screen candidates via phone calls and match them with suitable roles
- Maintain and update information in our internal CRM system according to procedures
- Present candidates to clients, schedule interviews, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Build strong relationships with clients to support business growth
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with team members and managers
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
- Structured, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering strong results
- Self-driven and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about sourcing candidates that fit client needs using various recruitment tools
- Comfortable speaking with candidates on the phone and asking the right questions to identify the perfect match
- Motivated by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals and KPIs
- Positive mindset, solution-oriented, and eager to learn every day
- Strong interest in Sales and the Recruitment industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
