• Have a proficient or bilingual level of Korean, and entermediate level of English;
• Have call center experience;
• Are living in or willing to relocate to Portugal;
• Have flexibitity in terms of shifts;
• Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to
listen and understand the customers needs;
• Have strong computer navigation skills (you don’t need to be a pc nerd,
don’t worry);
• Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
