Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll become a specialist in your market and play a key role in connecting top talent with top companies.

- Business Development & Prospecting: Identify new opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and generate job openings.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: From sourcing candidates to securing placements, you'll guide both clients and candidates through the entire process.
- Market Expertise: Become a true expert in your field by building a strong network and understanding industry-specific needs.
- Growing Your Own Business: Expand your client and candidate portfolio and take full ownership of your market.
Who We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals with previous experience in Recruitment Agencies or Business Development. We are looking at a French speaker to join the French division but a good command of spoken and written English is also required.
