Alensa, the European leader in online sales of contact lenses, is looking for a new team member to a position Customer Service for Scandinavian markets to join our team.
Alensa s.r.o. is one of the leading online retailers of contact lenses, solutions, and accessories for contact lenses. We operate 40 e-shops in 30 European countries and United Arab Emirates. We continue to grow while increasing the number of our satisfied customers in the Czech Republic and abroad. We are a leader in quality and price since 2004
You will be maily responsible for providing customer support to our customers. You will also have the opportunity to work on other exciting projects, such as translations, social media marketing, and ad hoc tasks in online marketing.

REQUIREMENTS
What we are looking for:
- Native speaker or at least at the C1 level in one of these languages: Danish, Swedish or Finnish
- High-School graduate
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps (Sheets and Docs) as an advantage
- Independent, communicative and pro-active personality
