• Respond to customer requests such as check-in and check-out.
• Assisting in the Front Office as required providing information and customer service.
• Reservation management, sales management.
• Answering telephone and email inquiries.
• Support for bookings.
• Contact suppliers.
• Cleaning check areas.

• Fluent in English (B2 at least).
• Italian at an intermediate level (level B1-B2 at least).
• Spanish is a plus.
• Minimum 3-month internship.
• Communicative: Capable of effective customer interaction and task coordination.
• Adaptable: Able to handle diverse responsibilities and situations.
• Team-oriented: Works collaboratively to ensure efficient operations.

•  Availability and hours: 

                 - 16 hours/week.

                  - 2 working days/week: Saturdays and Sundays.

                  - Schedule: from 9.00 am to 17.00 CET or from 10.00 am to 18.00 CET.
