What you will be doing
- Act as a primary point of contact to passengers
- Answer questions regarding reservations, cancelations, online check-ins and more
- Work on a shift-based schedule, 40 hours a week
- Work remotely from anywhere in Serbia
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum B2 level of German & English
- Valid Serbian passport or a working permit in Serbia
- Strong motivation and a "can do"-attitude
- Interest of a long term employment (minimum 1 year)
- Previous experience in a customer facing role is preferred, but not a requirement
