DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an engaging and professional Live Dealer to join our clients dynamic team. As a Live Dealer, you will be the face of their online casinos, hosting live table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, interactive environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Host live table games in an online casino environment, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for players.
- Interact with players via live chat, creating a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere.
- Follow gaming procedures and company policies to maintain the integrity of the games.
- Manage game flow and ensure that all rules are adhered to by players.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure the live stream runs smoothly.
- Handle player inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide feedback to management on player preferences and any issues encountered during gameplay.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a live dealer or in a similar role within the gaming industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with players in a friendly and professional manner.
- Comfortable working in front of a camera in a live-streaming environment.
- Good understanding of table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat.
- Ability to multitask and manage game flow efficiently.
- High level of attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual or native speaker of Russian with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Knowledge of additional languages such as English
- A passion for gaming and delivering exceptional entertainment experiences.
