As a VIP Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding a team of VIP Account Managers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that your team consistently delivers exceptional service to our most valued clients while exceeding performance targets. This role involves strategizing and implementing plans to continuously enhance VIP account performance, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of VIP Account Managers, providing direction and support to ensure top-tier service and performance.
- Developing and executing strategies to improve VIP account management, driving the success of the team.
- Monitoring daily VIP activities and team performance metrics, ensuring a positive customer experience and efficient VIP request handling.
- Assisting the team in managing outbound communications with high-value clients, ensuring all contacts are timely and effective.
REQUIREMENTS
EU passport holder!
Experience: 2-5 years of experience leading sales or customer service teams, with a strong emphasis on VIP or high-value clients.
Industry Knowledge: 2-5 years of experience in the online gaming sector, with a solid understanding of the needs and behaviors of VIP clients.
Language Skills: Native French speaker with proficiency in English (minimum B1 level).
Communication: Exceptional written communication skills in French, with the ability to clearly articulate strategies and provide feedback.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, achieve objectives, and support a dynamic team in reaching its goals.
