The business unit you will work in provides operational and strategic outsourcing solutions to clients. Your responsibilities will include:
-Ensuring accurate personnel and payroll administration for assigned client(s).
-Following up, calculating, and checking payroll for your client(s).
-Guiding and advising clients on payroll, personnel administration, and social legislation.
-Building a relationship of trust with your client(s).
-Answering employees’ questions about their files on behalf of their employer.
-Keeping your knowledge and expertise up to date across various payroll and personnel administration domains.
-Continuously seeking improvements and optimizations in existing work processes.
What is the hiring process like?
In case your profile meets the location, language and skill requirements, you will be invited for a brief video call (20-30 minutes) to discuss the position in more detail. Because our Client is looking for new hires on short notice, expect the next rounds of the process to take place rapidly after each other. The final interview may take place in person!
