Step into a leadership role where you empower businesses to lower energy costs and actively contribute to environmental sustainability. As a Team Leader, you’ll guide and inspire a high-performing B2B sales team while driving meaningful impact across small and medium-sized enterprises.
What You'll Do:
- Ability to lead by example and aim to create a positive and enjoyable working environment for all team members
- Take care of escalated issues when necessary; Investigate and respond to issues raised by a client and provide timely feedback
- Meet the targets, Service Level, KPI’s, Quality, etc.
- Proactively propose improvements, optimizations and provide feedback in processes and ways of working
- Be involved in the recruitment process, training, development and engagement of the team
- Performing supervisory duties including scheduling, reporting to management, supervision, prioritizing workloads and delegating tasks
REQUIREMENTS
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales
- Previous leadership experience (Team Lead, Supervisor, or Senior Sales role with coaching responsibilities)
- Fluency in German and good command of English
- Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and solution-focused approach

What We offer:
- Relocation Bonus: €1,500 Gross (paid in 2 instalments) - to support relocation and initial rent costs
- 21 Days of Company-Provided Accommodation on arrival, and assistance in finding a long-term home
- Fixed Salary: €1,890 gross
- Team-Based Performance Bonus: Earn additional compensation based on your team’s overall results
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 19:00 (7:00 PM)
