Our client is a company specialized in insurance management, creation, and consultancy for leading financial and distribution entities in Spain, with over 30 years of experience in the sector.
What will your responsibilities be?
Administrative management of insurance policies: enrollments, updates, and cancellations.
Customer communication: sending welcome packs and managing documentation.
Process control and operations follow-up.
Management of collections, payments, and accounting reconciliations.
Preparation of reports and data analysis.
Collaboration with internal teams (Call Center, Operations, Finance).
Identification and proposal of process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
What are we looking for in you?
Native German speaker with a good level of Spanish or English.
2–3 years of experience in administrative management in corporate environments.
