Basic Technical Support Specialist with German & English (Day Shifts)

For one of our clients – a technology provider specializing in customer experience, sales, and operational solutions, we are looking for a passionate Basic Technical Support Specialist with German & English to join their team!
Your Role:
- Provide expert assistance – Help customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage via phone and email.
- Deliver top-notch support – Answer customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Process orders & returns – Manage exchanges and keep customers updated on their requests.
- Personalized solutions – Recommend products based on customers' needs.
- Stay ahead – Keep up with the latest tech trends, software updates, and industry advancements.
- Customer feedback – Gather insights to improve services and customer satisfaction.
What You Need:
- Fluent German & English (C1 level) – Strong communication skills to assist customers.
- Technical problem-solving skills – Diagnose and resolve product-related issues.
- Customer-focused mindset – Process orders, handle exchanges, and provide excellent service.
- Adaptability – Stay informed about new product releases and industry trends.
- Multitasking skills – Handle multiple inquiries under pressure while maintaining high-quality service.

- Full-time position (40 hours/week) – Shifts between 07:00 – 20:00, Monday to Sunday.
