DESCRIPTION
Workster is collaborating with a leading company to hire German-speaking Customer Service Specialists for their growing team in Malaga - this includes a relocation package if you do not live there currently.
This is a full-time role, where you’ll handle inbound customer inquiries, provide top-notch service, and identify opportunities for cross-selling or product upgrades. Join a dynamic, supportive team and enjoy working in a vibrant city!
The Role
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide excellent service while identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upgrading purchased products when applicable.
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent German skills (C1 minimum) with good command of English.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
- Possess basic computer literacy and adaptability to learn new systems.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
