We are a BPO and Contact Center company specializing in omnichannel customer management. We invest in team training with brands to assist them in a field of great importance, such as customer relations.
Would you like to be part of our project? We are looking for someone to help us grow in Portugal, in a team of commercial assistants for a prestigious client in the insurance sector.
- Outbound contact with potential clients in the insurance sector;
- Provide a detailed description of the conditions of the product;
- Address questions regarding coverage, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Computer literacy;
- Formal and polished language;
- Motivation, dynamism, and proactivity;
- Previous experience in a call center (mandatory);
- Native or near native level German (mandatory);
