Your day to day:
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries
- Understand customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Build trustful relationships through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Record customer interactions and manage customer accounts
- Follow company communication guidelines and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- You speak German at a native or near-native level
- Previous experience in customer service or as a customer advisor is a plus
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong computer literacy and fast comprehension of digital tools
- Team-oriented mindset and solution-driven attitude
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good MS Office skills are a plus (optional)
OFFER
- Monthly salary: €1300 gross
- €50 project bonus + €100 welcome bonus for the first 12 months
- Performance bonus: up to 10%
- Hybrid work model – 30% of working time must be spent in the office (fully remote not supported)

- Flexible shift schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–23:00 (rotational)
- ⏳ Full-time (8h/day, 5 days/week) and part-time options available
- For hybrid work: Internet speed test required (min. 8 Mbps download / 4 Mbps upload)
