Are you ready to work for one of the most prestigious Spanish airlines? We are looking for talented customer service representatives who are fluent in Japanese, Spanish, and English to manage reservations and provide top-tier assistance.

REQUIREMENTS
• Advanced Spanish
• Japanese Proficiency: Spoken and written (minimum B2).
• Strong English Skills: Minimum B2 level.
• Dynamic & Proactive Individual: Excellent communication skills, stress tolerance, and proficient in computer applications and typing skills
OFFER
• 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of telecommuting.
Contract Details:
• Initial Contract: 4-month temporary contract with real opportunities for extension.
• Flexible Hours: Choose from 30, 35, or 39 hours a week, working 5 days from Monday to Sunday with alternate weekends off.
• Night Shifts: Scheduled between 2:00 AM and 10:00 AM, with night shift bonus of €1.90/hour (approx. €152/month).
Competitive Compensation:
• Salary up to €1,502 Gross Monthly: Based on a 39-hour contract, plus night shift bonuses.
Training & Development:
• Online Training: 4 weeks of training, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, covering essential tools like Amadeus and Resiber. Earn €15 for each day attended.
