DESCRIPTION
Workster is partnering with a leading BPO company to recruit Hebrew-speaking Customer Advisors for an exciting opportunity in Lisbon, Portugal. Languages Required: Hebrew (C2), English (B2–C1)

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via live chat, email, and phone
- Deliver professional customer service in both Hebrew and English
- Support customers both pre- and post-sales for self-service products
- Assist users with tools and products to improve their customer experience
- Identify common issues and trends and help advertisers resolve them
Requirements:
- Fluent Hebrew (C2) and good English (B2 minimum)
- Willingness to relocate abroad
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
- European Citizenship or Visa Sponsorship required (Visa support provided if needed)
Recruitment Process:
