Role: Dutch Customer Service Advisor
Salary: The Basic net salary is 1000 € net/month (plus the additional Christmas, Easter and Holiday bonus) + Euro 30 net p/m work from home allowance. + 132 euro net p/m for food vouchers plus up to 105 EU gross p/m bonus potential.
Working hrs: rotational between Monday to Friday, 9:00–21:00 (8-hour shifts)

The Role
As a Customer Advisor, you'll handle inbound calls and emails from Dutch-speaking clients related to two core voucher-based products suc as Service Vouchers (used for Cleaning services, Grocery shopping and Transport assistance for people with disabilities) and Benefit Cards (Meal and restaurant vouchers, Electronic vouchers for various purchases e.g. Lunch Pass, Sport & Culture Pass, Gift Cards)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support for voucher usage, ordering, reimbursement, and exchange
- Guide customers through website login and registration processes
- Assist with updates to personal data
- Support card and voucher orders, including missing or undelivered orders
- Follow up on payments and unreceived cheques
- Assist with requests for fiscal tax certificates
- Explain legal terms and conditions related to voucher usage
