DESCRIPTION
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping Customers: You’ll handle customer inquiries over the phone, email, or chat, providing solutions and ensuring they’re satisfied with our service.
- Documenting: Record each case in our system, so we have a clear history of every interaction.
- Problem-Solving: Work to resolve issues quickly, meeting our performance goals. If something urgent comes up, flag it with your supervisor right away.
- Teamwork: While you’ll need to work independently, being a team player and communicating well with others is key.
- Keeping Standards High: Aim to meet our quality standards in every interaction and ensure you’re hitting targets for response times and resolution rates.
- Flexibility: Be open to taking on extra tasks that help the team or our clients, and stay engaged by attending training sessions when needed.
Location:
- Riga, Latvia
- After your first three months, there’s an option to work from home at least two days a week, especially if you’re on a late shift ending after 9 pm.

Working Hours:
- We’re flexible, with part-time options (minimum 20 hours per week), but you’ll need to commit to full-time hours during your first two months for training.
- If you’re not a native speaker, you’ll go through a language assessment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Language Skills: You should be at least B2 level or better German and B1+ in English, so you can handle documentation and system logging.
- Experience: Experience in outsourced customer service is a plus, but not a must.
