As a Customer Expert, you will provide exceptional support to customers via inbound calls, addressing sales inquiries, technical issues, and delivery-related questions. This role combines customer service, technical problem-solving, and product guidance to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to products, troubleshooting, and orders.
- Assist with sales and aftersales questions, offering tailored solutions to customer needs.
- Navigate multiple applications and a virtual desktop interface (VDI) efficiently.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Meet performance metrics (KPIs), including conversion rate, NPS, AHT, FCR, and QA scores.
REQUIREMENTS
- Language proficiency at C2 level or Native for Dutch
- Fluency in English (B2 level) for training and internal communication.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with navigating tools and applications.
- Affinity for technology and problem-solving.
